no I got a new filter from a friend and its not sucking up the water. i doont even know what kind it is. i cant do anything now. im cant drive and on morhpine.

it reealy sucked i couldnt eat for 35 hours cause they couldnt get me in what they said. i was there was two nights and i have 5 iv sites cause i was alergic to the med.. my hands are swolled up i can barely movd them. but it was nice it made me sleepand feel messed up. they cut me open in 3 three spots and now im home and i have morphine. i cant moves too good. i almost lost an ovary and i have endometrios so thhey put me in menopause. and when i woke up i thought i was dying cause i couldnt breath and i couldn move or talk and they were yell at me.

but if anyone have surgery, know that yu can breath but it may feel like you cant. it was horrible. i know now what it feel like to drowning.

Jessica - I hope you fell better very soon! I really wish I could help you out. I noticed you had not posted anything in a few days, I thought you were just studying for your exams. Hopefully your professors are really nice and let you make up all of your coursework.

thanks my boyfriend is cleaning the temp tank and taking care of my girl i will try to fix filter soon or buy a new one.

Nice set-up!! I'd like to put sand in my tank, but I'm afraid that it will be difficult to clean.

thanks everyone.. i truely regret getting the sand. the water is filthy. i feel that it will never get clean. i bought a new aqua clear power filter today. beast, how long it is going to take for it to get clean? the sand is settled but when i touch is or smoth it out it gets water filthy like mud. i am so upset that i bought it. my turt is so stressed out right now and its all my fault!!. how did you get it so clean????????/ its like filty brown! i am almost going to throw the sand away but i cant change the water now it would take me hours and i cant lift nothing !! how do you every keep your tank clean beast? it seems impossilbe!! its all my fault it all my fault!
