Awesome pics, what kind of camera are you using? You may have a slow grower but it looks very healthy :)

Thanks, I've got a Nikon d5100, but even though using a dslr helps, when taking pictures of aquariums putting a flash above the tank makes a world of difference. It looks more natural, lights the subject and most importantly no reflections.

I'm seriously considering a southern painted for my 55 gallon when Tobi outgrows it.

I always wanted a painted too. So many here have diamondbacks though… both look great.

Wow great looking southern painted!! Love the updated pics, can you update again? Is it fully sized now? I want one because of the color and they don't grt BIG!! Which is awesome!!
