I feed them twice a day once early in he morning like at 6:30 am and then at 3 ish 4pm. I only give them two pellets each in the morning and a pinch of dried shrimp in afternoon. Khaleesi LOVES dried shrimp so i cant wait to start feeding them actual fish once they get bigger.

Once they become juveniles you should back off on the shrimp and only give about once a month as a treat.

The head or 2/3's head rule works at any age for a happy and healthy turtle. I have used it for decades. As you are finding out they always beg and only get better at it with age. Always better to under feed than over feed which will lead to healthy problems.
