My cousin gave me her baby RES because she said it wasn't eating and didn't have a tank to put it in. i already have a baby RES but i'm afraid my turtle's going to hurt the one my cousin gave me she gets close to it and follows it, it also seems like she wants to bite it but i'm not sure if that's what she really wants to do. The one that my cousin gave me seems a little scared and nervous because she just stays in the corner and doesn't move or eat i'm not sure about the gender since they're both still small. What should i do? Should i be worried or will they get used to each other?

If they are both hatchlings, then it should be OK to put them together if they are healthy. Since the other RES seems to have issues, you might want to keep them separate for now.
Not eating is not a good sign, especially with hatchlings. Try to keep the water consistently warm - around 80F and give it as much privacy as possible.
What have you been trying to feed it?

Has it eaten yet? You might have to take one out when it's feeding time.
