Ok so I have no idea what I am doing with this turtle wait not I do but I just really love my turtle and you know paranoia. I've done research as much as I could but I still feel like I am missing something. My baby red ear slider(Gerald) has indents on his shell and maybe shell rot? I am just not sure, it looks like he has white on his shell under his UVB light but looks fine at my desk and at the back of his shell its getting really shape. He acts normal and I feed him baby pellets, but I just don't know what to look of or be seeing things that isn't there?

Looks mostly like fast growth, so I would cut down on his pellets and introduce other things into the diet. Whats your setup like?
