I have been using similar feeding guidelines for my 10 year old 3 toed Box turtle that I have for my 2 RES

I realized that I may have been feeding her incorrectly

How much and how often should I be feeding her?

She loves strawberries and super worms and will occasionally eat Romaine Lettuce and tortouise food...

Also how do I vary her diet?

Here's a link from tortoise trust- hopefully that gives you a good start.
I'm not too familiar with boxies so hopefully someone who owns one will come along.

Boxies tend not to over eat like RES. My 3yo boxie gets something to eat every day, with protein every other day. I don't have a fixed menu/schedule, but here are some of the things he likes to eat.

Earthworms
Butterworms
Hornworms
Silkworms

Salad - bluberries, strawberries, raspberries mixed w/romaine or red leaf lettuce

He occasionally gets apple, banana, melon

I still can't get him to eat pellets.

I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of off hand.

What about sweet potatoes?

How do you prepare them?

I feed all fruits/veggies raw.

They sell pellets and canned food specifically for boxies. Better to go with those.
