I have a question about the behavior of very young turtles...
I was given my boxie literally the day after he hatched. He never acted scared and quickly learned to take food from my hand. Now he is 4 moths old, and he doesn't act really frightened, but somewhat more wary and doesn't eat from my hand. I was just wondering if they can be too young to know to be scared, and then get more nervous as they get a little older? Also, he does seem to know me, he acts calmer when i hold him then when someone else holds him.
