Hey! My name is Fae, and I am a new turtle owner. I always try to do as much research as I can before buying a pet. I have 1 RES named Agate. She is 10 and a half inches long and 7 inches wide. I have only had my little girl for 5 days, but she is already very warmed up to me, and she has fallen asleep on me before. She eats turtle sticks, turtle pellets, and occasionally she eats live goldfish.

I got her from an owner who sold her on Kijiji... She was very poorly taken care of at her old home, and the old owner knew NOTHING about turtles.
