Hi! My name is Alfonso, and i'm the Proud father of two adorable babys RES (Bubba & Forrest)!

This is my story:
I live in the Dominican Republic. i've been a father for over 3 weeks now and i'm very happy that i found this web site; cuz saddly here in my country we don't have a culture of taking good care of our pets . but now with all the information that i'm learning from here, i'll do my best to give my little babys a good home. When i got them from the Pet Store, they sold me a 8"x5"x5" acrylic tank and said that was a suitable tank size for my babys. (can you believe those guys!) luckly i got online that night and found out info about my little guys; what species and their habitats needs. (never to say, i went to the pet store and change the tank to a 10gal). Last saturday I bought a 75gal tank and i'm setting everything up to move my children to their new home! (waiting for my Aqua clear 110, turtle dock & python to arrive, got them from petsmart.com). I have lots of plans and questions.

It sounds like you've done a great job researching your kids, a 75 gallon tank will be a great home for them, I can't wait to see pics.
