How big is your turtle? 2-2.5 inches in diameter.
How long have you had it? around 8-9 monthes

What is the water temperature? around 25-26 Deg
Did you use a thermometer? yes
Are you using a water heater? yes
How much water is in there? 1 inch - 1.5 inch (since it's winter, around 3-4 inches depth in summer)
Are you using a water conditioner? no
Are you using any filtration? no, but will leave the water in a bucket overnite or more.

What is the basking temperature? room tempreture
Is there a basking light? no
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? yes
What kind is it or what is it made out of? tiles and breaks
Is there a UVB light? no

What have you been trying to feed it? feeder fish, worms, turtle food,
When was the last time your turtle ate? tonite

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? plastic container box
Is the tank near a window? yes
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? yes

Have you read the Basic Care section? yes... all the time

My turtle is getting a strange behaviour lately and I'm getting a bit worry. It starts to bite it's own hands. It is something to do with water?

Your habitat isn't quite up to standards, it could be causing any number of /problems. You need UVA?UVB lighting for your basking area, and it needs to be about 10 degrees F warmer than the water to encourage basking. Improper basking can cause skin and shell problems. Poor water quality could also be to blame, it doesn't look like you have enough water in the tank for your turtle or filtration to keep it clean. If the water has a lot of ammonia in it it could be irritating to your turtle's skin. You really need to look into improving your turtle's habitat.

not useing a water conditioner can also bother its eyes
