Hmm it sounds like you turtle might be caring eggs. One of the sign is going from calm to hyper nonstop like you described. IF you can take her outside a roam around she might nest for you outside. Other option is container with soil as deep as her shell length.
You can try feeling for eggs, this video can help. If you can feel eggs then you know for sure.

I do feel something in there, but i do not not know what it feels like normally =( I've never checked before. I guess i can try to see if she lays eggs in a separate container.

I will say if you can take her outside that is the best as the container option does not work for alot of people.

Try an indoor nesting area. It's a pain to setup and usually don't work but it's worth a shot.

She laid them outside in 45 degree ish weather. she would just keep climbing the aquarium wall ( the one we had dirt in for her to lay her eggs) and falling on her back so we asked a vet if it would be okay to take her out and they said just watch her if she starts slowing down bring her back inside she was out there till her business was done, the weather didn't bother her a bit. Took about 2 and a half hours in total.
