I have 4 tetras in my tank with my musk turtle. I've noticed that one of the tetras was getting sick, chunks missing, so I looked into it. I believe that it's sick with Columnaris, which is a severely contagious disease in fish. I'll need to change their entire tank and clean everything, along with treatment. Is it safe to treat the tank with furan-2, Kanaplex, Melafix, or any combination with my musk in the tank?

Not sure about all those meds, but separate them. Ideally the sick one needs to be in a quarantine or hospital tank. Animals like to prey on the sick or weakened, it probably won't last long in there.
