Abnormal poop

So, Nyx was basking on her dock and she started kicking at her butt. She did this for a little bit and then she jumped into the water. I didn't pay much attention. I happened to glance over at her tank and on her dock she left behind a little something. This poop looks really bizarre. It looks like maybe she had an egg inside of her that busted? Or that she ate a scute and it came back out in pieces? There were also some red bits in it too. This wasn't a solid poop either, it was more watery with all this stuff sort of sitting there. I have the poop, it is on papertowels if anyone would like me to take a picture (I know disgusting...) to help me identify exaclty what is in there and if I should take her and the poop to the vet. She is swimming now and she hasn't lost her apetite or anything.

Yeah, definitely take a picture.
Sounds pretty serious though, red bits sounds like blood?

It kinda seems like your turtle isn't digesting or something... that's my opinion.

I don't understand what it could be though.... She only gets her reptomin pellets and then veggie/fruit pellets since she is so picky and refuses most fruits and veggies. She also hasn't had anything green....

I'm not sure, maybe if this problem persists, it'd be worth really seeing a herp vet.

In the second to last picture, what the heck is that?
Almost looks like a small twig or a rolled up leaf. Is it hard if you poke it with something? does the poo have any odor? gross I know

I have no idea what it is.... I am really thinking this is a busted egg and its causing an infection. These dang things always have to happen over the weekend when there are no vets open.... Nyxie is sleeping again. All of those pieces are pretty hard and they do have a smell to them.

Could she have eaten bits of silicone from the tank?

Bum's Mom -- Watch closely and take to vet if it persist. I would only feed pellets and nothing else until his poop clears up. The problem may have been in the other things you have been feeding him. Give that a try! M.

It looks like she ate something she shouldn't of and had a tough time passing it. Silicone, the dock, fake plants, its shocking some of the things they can ingest.
I agree with mikee, give her just pellets, or her favorite treat for a few days and see if it clears up. If she stops eating, get her to a vet right away.

She can't eat her dock, its plexiglass. I haven't seen her biting at the silicone and thats the only other thing that she could eat... she has no fake plants in the tank. If her vet is in tomorrow i am taking her. That bright green color is worrisome because that is a sign of infection. I don't see anything silicone missing either.... I just have a strong feeling it is a broken egg.

If the translucent green stuff is stretchy like silicone, then thats what it is. I haven't seen retained eggs in that color, it looks like it passed through her digestive tract. I've seen silicone in poop, it looks just like that with the bright green color. If she had eaten her egg, the shell would probably have been absorbed.
