Hi guys ive got a ~20year old res. I'm wondering if the flaps below her head is normal? And with the shell in this condition is there any solution for it or is it too late. Thanks alot!

Hi, what flaps are you referring to? I don't think I see an issue there. As for the shell, it might be a bit of fungus, but need more info as to how long its been there and if it is spreading. Shell looks pretty good overall.

She looks in good shape over all. She may have like Steve said a fungus or it may be scarring. If the shell isn't soft there, I would try a soft tooth brush dipped in Nolvasan solution or Hibiclens solution on her shell, then rinse-- don't let the solution stray into her eyes--it might sting. It won't hurt her if nothing is going on.
