Worried About Shell (pictures)

Hello everyone.
Im hoping I can get some insight on what might be going on with my turtle's shell.

She is just finishing up her normal shedding but Ive noticed that the new shell underneath is pealing and flaking in small patches, which Ive never seen before.

About 3 months ago, right before her sheading started, she had just received a full housing upgrade: 90 gallon tank, larger basking spot, dual lamp with 75watt heat lamp and 13 watt UV light, water heater, sand substrate and of course a huge filter.

Right before the upgrade she was egg bound and was receiving antibiotic shots, calcium supplements and some anti-inflammatorys.

So now not only am I worried about her shell, but there are so many factors that I have no idea what may have caused it. Ive tried to Google but have not been able to figure out what it is.

She has also been sheading skin more than normal. The water is not too warm and I reduced the protein from her diet but found no change. Ive started a salt bath routine and am hoping for some results.

If anyone has ideas of what the problem could be, or suggestions on how to treat it, I would be very grateful!

Hard to really make out what it is, looks like its just some irregular shedding. If the shell is firm, hard and normal underneath, then I wouldn't worry about it. It would actually be surprising a bit if you never encountered it before after all these years.
