RES opening and closing mouth

Hi,
I recently noticed that my RES keeps opening and closing her mouth quickly and repeatedly. No wheezing sound, mucus and bubbles on the nose. She's not lethargic but she takes a nap in the afternoon. She did this for around 30 seconds and then she stops completely. Is she thirsty? Because she only gets at least an hour of water time and I dry dock her for the rest of the day for her shell rot. Or is this a symptom of RI? I'm worried :(

Could she be feeling dehydrated? What's her schedule now?

This is her daily schedule:
1-2 hours of water time
1 hour of direct sunlight dry docking (shading provided)
21 hours of dry docking on our balcony inside a shoebox (no direct sunlight)

I'm trying to get her drink on a spoon but she won't budge. I usually see her opening and closing her mouth in the afternoon.

Is it warm where you live? I would maybe some more soaks... let's say 30-60 minutes and see how well she does. How is her shell rot treatment progressing?

Yes it's warm around here in Malaysia. Ok I'll try soaking her for 30 minutes after the direct sunlight dry docking. Her shell rot on the right side seems to harden a bit but is still quite pinkish in color. Thanks for your previous replies anyway. I got worried when thought my turt has RI along with a shell rot

I've seen her still doing it but less often for the past few days. Thanks for your help :D
