RES opening and closing mouth

Hi,
I recently noticed that my RES keeps opening and closing her mouth quickly and repeatedly. No wheezing sound, mucus and bubbles on the nose. She's not lethargic but she takes a nap in the afternoon. She did this for around 30 seconds and then she stops completely. Is she thirsty? Because she only gets at least an hour of water time and I dry dock her for the rest of the day for her shell rot. Or is this a symptom of RI? I'm worried
