Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

As of my last post here, my turtle Mr. Wigglesworth is doing fine. He/she is in a clean enclosure with proper water temperature and UVB light source, feeds regularly on pellets, and I have placed a turtle conditioner in the tank. He/she very active for a turtle, shell size is 2", but I'm mostly concerned about the shell growth. I want to know if its shell rot/fungal infection /any other issues or if its doing fine. If any what should I do to make sure my turtle is healthier! Please help!

Also what is the growth chart for Red eared slider?
I bought him home on Sept 24th 2019 (the turtle was very tiny possibly around 2 months, I am not sure) and as of Jan 4th 2020 the size of shell is 2"

I can notice some whitish parts(not spots) on the shell.

It looks like he grew a little too fast and it does look like there might be some fungus but it's hard to tell from the picture. Can you upload pics after the shell has been dry for awhile?
