I have had my turtle for 9 years in May. Last week it started to just float around the tank. Which it never does. It does not retract its legs either. It will stay under the light if I lift it on to the ledge and then will eventually wiggle and go back in the water. It has bubbles come out of it sometimes too. It is eating very little if at all. It’s eyes seem to be a bit red too. My other turtle seems fine, same age. I say it as I am not positive what sex they are, I would guess female...but guess being the key word.

Need more info. If both in same tank separate them , use a quarantine tank for that one , most turtle issues are contagious.
