Neck bloating

Hi! I just got a RES about 1 month ago and Im still learning more and more about it so I kinda get worried over every little thing.. she recently started bloating or puffing out her neck whenever she pokes her head out of the water. Is that normal? I'm just a little concerned because I never noticed her do that before.

Is it temporary and goes away? I sometimes notice the lower portion can look larger, but would not confuse it with swelling.

Yeah the lower portion just looks larger. It doesnt happen so often now. Thanks for your insight!
