bubbles in the tank?

I've filled my tank about 3/4 full with RO (reverse osmosis) water, and it's been fine for a few days. I got up this morning and there's millions of little bubbles on top of the water like "suds"??? :? Could this be from some secretion from the turts? The water is crystal clean below the bubbles...just wondering if I should be concerned. The turts are happy, swimming as usual, chasing guppies, and being their "normal" selves...as far as I can see.

RO water takes the minerals out of the water, and your turt does need them...

If the water is fresh and the bubbles are not sudsy, it could just be oxygen in the water.

What kind of filter are you using?

It's the whole back side of the tank, like a sump with bioballs...

I don't know what this type of filter is.
