I hate to be the bearer of bad news

but mercury vapor bulb is the only bulb that you can buy that provides heat (UVA) and all the UVB rays that your turtle needs. They are costly from what I've read and not recommended for a small tank (nothing under 40-50gallons). The links that you've listed below are for UVB bulbs. They say they provide some UVA but not enough to provide the heat needed for the basking area. Two separate bulbs are needed unless you have a large tank and money for a mercury vapor bulb.
The second link you provided from petsmart is the UVB bulb I use which should be replaced every 6 months at least.
