About UVB light time

My turtles do have direct sunlight for 6-7 hrs. i Do have UVB light and a spot bulb of 40 watt too i on bulb only when temp reduces below 72 deg and UVB light for 2-3 hrs but i want to know is it enough and do i need UVB when i have direct sunlight for 6-7 hrs.

I'm wondering how they're getting direct sunlight. Is the tank by a window? If so, glass, plastic and even some screens will block uvb rays. Not to mention, sitting by a window is likely to overheat the water. Are you taking them outside for sun daily?
If they're kept inside, keep both lights on 12 to 14 hours a day.

Tank is near window and window has transperant glass will this stop UVB rays and basking area towards window and water area is on other side temp is between 70 - 80 of water
And what time UVB light if they get sunlight through windows transperant glass from 11:30 Am to 6:30 PM

Glass, transparent or not, filters out UVB which your turtles need. I suggest you keep the window open or get a UVB bulb. Glass dosent filter UVA I believe. Correct me if Im wrong Jenaero.

It is dangerous to keep a tank in partial or direct sunlight. Sunlight can cause quick and deadly temperature spikes and you should move the tank away from the window (also to avoid drafts). As mentioned above - glass, plastic, even window screens filter out UVB rays.
If you intend to keep these turtles in a good environment, you will need to put extra work into a suitable habitat.

You don't have to worry about UVA being filtered out like you do UVB light. Direct sunlight means just that--nothing in the way of it and your turtle. If you can't get him outside for direct UNFILTERED sunlight, he still needs a UVB light. Both the UVB light and and heat light should be on for an average of 12 hours a day.
