Non toxic way of gluing carpet to the terrarium?
I want to put some kind of carpet on her terrarium’s floor, not sure what kind though… almost everything I find is made for reptiles, like these: http://www.zoomalia.es/mascotas/alfombr ... HAQ#l56056 http://www.drsfostersmith.com/images/Ca ... eptile.jpg
I think I should go to some local DIY store and try to find fake grass.
In any case, my main question is about how to glue it to the terrarium’s glass floor, I first thought about liquid glue, but maybe it could leak through the carpet to the surface, and I don’t think it would be good for a wet turtle to be in contact with glue…
I have also read that some people doesn’t glue it at all, so they can remove it and clean it easily. I’m considering this option, but if I don’t glue it, won’t it waggle when she walk over it?
Just to illustrate, my idea is something like this:
