For my new setup I went with the Penn Plaxx 1500 cascade 150/gph. My first response was wow it's begger then I excepted(never seen any before) but it's sharpe. And very easy to take apart for maintenance. The connections were all solid and didn't feel cheap what so ever. It took about 1 hour to install and literally 5 pump to prime which I heard kinda sucked but the plax was great and even more it is completly silent very happy with my purchase. It was also the most and highest rated filter on Amazon. I did have modify the outlet since the elbow put the spray bar horizontal way about the water line. I also have a surge protector in the cabinet and plugged it into a gcfi I got at lowes. Check it out lemme know what you think.

Looking great and I am sure you will be pleased with your choice. It was a pleasure talking it over with you on the threads and over private message. The dedication that you placed within your set ups are admirable in all regards.

Cheers Mate!

Looks great, almost like a cross between a XP3 and Fluval 406.
