I have a cascade 1000 in a 75 gallon. I’m wondering if there’s any opinions on using the spraybar vs the regular flat spout? I have the spout on there now. He likes to let it push him across the tank haha But No issues, just curious.

It's just a matter of preference. Spraybars will make more noise but will probably agitate the water surface better.

I have the same filter as you. I use the spout, I find it pushes the water harder (more concentrated) and makes cleaning a little easier for me. Pushes all of the gunk to one side. Plus it acts as sort of a powerhead and creates a circular flow. Give the spraybar a shot, see what you like better.
