I just got some water poppy from the local pet store that they'd had growing in their own turtle tank and the turtles seemed to enjoy eating off of it, but I want to be certain that it's safe for my RES because ive read they shouldnt eat plant bulbs. will these be okay in his tank?

Good question, I don't think I've heard of people using it on this or any other forum. It's probably OK, just use your judgement and eer on the side of caution.

the turtles in the store looked happy and healthy, and they've taken some noticeable chunks out of the pieces I bought lol so I think hell probably be fine, I just wanted to know if anyone else had any experience with it. ty!
