Hard water stains

I use tap water with a conditioner to fill my tank. On the end of the tank where the filter is there’s white what I’m assuming is calcium build up on the top edge of the tank that no amount of scrubbing will remove. I know I can’t use any chemicals in the tank so CLR is out, is there a turtle safe cleaner I can use to remove this build up??
