Well I finally took the pictures. We've had rain pretty much non-stop all week, and it had just rained when I took the pictures. I'm pretty much done on the layout, I want to rock a little more around the cascade bowl.

I posted this in the Photo Gallery section of the forum also. Let me know what you think.

Very nice! I like that they get a choice of land or water. How much time do they spend on land?

Thanks, right now I'm keeping her in her tank. Last weekend though I did put her in the pond with him, and she just swam around eating all of his food. I'm a little worried because he is about 7.5" and she is 4", he's double her size. So the only time she went in with him was under complete supervision. It's also been about 3 1/2 weeks now since I've had him and I've seen no signs of any disease. Is it safe now to put them together or should I wait a little longer. And does the major difference in size count, or should be something I should watch for?

As for coming out, it's been raining and cloudy all week so I haven't seen him come out once, but before that, I did see him on the rocks everyday basking. Still seems a little shy but we're eating now. I'll take suggestions on names, I thought about Dracula, because we always hid at first, I'm just not very creative.

Is she the one you've had for 2 years? I think she could be a bit bigger, but in general there is a big size issue. Where did he come from again?

Eastern Oklahoma, perhaps near the Arkansas River in Muskgoee(sc?). And yes, she's the one I've had.
