I'm building a huge chickenwire outdoor enclosure for my iguana, here in Bali, with a pond and the floor will be grass. I have not read about any problems between turtles and iguanas, they are fine together.
Is this ok?

They would probably just leave each other alone but I would keep a eye on them the first couple of times you put them together and see what happens.

Can iguanas swim? I think they'll be fine with each other.
Iguanas are commonly seen kept with tortoises so turtles should be no problem. Iguanas are vegetarians

I'd be super concerned about the iguana swimming with the turtles, even if it's only for a moment or two. I don't know how big your turts are, but they can sure do some damage if they want to!
You might also want to look into different illnesses/parasites that are common for each. Something that is normal for one creature could kill another.

I don't think the iguana would do anything to the turtle, because iguanas are vegetarians and my iguana doesn't even pay attention to my other pets. But the turtle you would have to worry about because turtles are meat eaters and my turtle is very attracted to anything moving he tries to bite my fingers if i get too close. Iguanas are very territorial especially during breeding season.
