Outside Turtles Getting Sick?

Hello, I'm concerned about my turtles. They are two Mississippi Map turtles, a male and female. I live in FL and though it doesn't get very cold I'm worried that they are not warm enough. They live in an outside enclosure and the outside temperature has been around 80 to 74 lately. Recently they started to get a redish tinge of skin on their legs, is this because of the cold? I looked up Septicemia and I'm sure that its not that, thankfully. Any ideas of what it could be? I'll get pictures up as soon as I can. Thank you.

How much water do they have and have you been taking water temperature readings?

I have a 95 gallon pond with a few other smaller sources of water close by. I haven't taken the temp. of the water but by feel I would say that it is in the 70's.

Maps don't get cold and get sick. 70-80 isn't that cold. Is it an abration? That or the water PH has changed and started a skin irritation. Post a picture so we can confirm.
