Habitat - Outdoor :: New little outdoor home for $20

Ponds and other outdoor enclosures.

I got this 110gallon stocktank and they delivered it for just $20 yesterday. It will be for my small turtles. So not bad. I filled it up to the metal plug to make sure it didnt leak. Now I just have to go and get a filter and pump for it, fill it all the way up and I got another nice new home for my turtles.

Stocktanks gotta love them, $20 and you get 110gallons.

Here is pic to show room the turtles will have.

Haha, they were helping my inspect the metal plug for leaks. Such good little terrapins =P

I have a couple of these at home, but will be using the pond on our porch for the RES after all the Japanese KOIs are dead. Well, there's only 1 left after all these years (16 years old). :D

It was used, it was actually used to hold an African Spurred Tortoise for a couple years till it got too big for it. If you look at the pictures you can see it is loaded with scratches lol but hey it still holds water. That is all I care about and it was delivered for free to the house.

Is it a Tuff Stuff stock tank? I've keep my RES in the same one (minus the drain plug) for a few years now. I bought it new for $40 or $45.

Hey there, Diamondbacks4life! Great deal you fell into (excuse the unintended pun). $20 - not bad at all! And those babies are gorgeous! Playful and healthy and looking as if they're having the time of their lives. I can't wait for pix of the final setup. Cheers, Kerry

Great mate, keep it up! I was thinking of doing the same for next summer. But are you going to bury it or leave it out?

I want a Diamond back, they look so pretty but I dont have that much cash to spend on a single turtle. would be cool tho to catch a wild one of something.
