Try a children's wading pool if you cannot setup a more permanent pond. You will need to provide shade for them. Also give them a spot to bask and dry off.

Well first off, not everyone sits on here and watches the post all day long, you'll have to be a bit patient for people to respond to your question.

You need to give a bit more info on what space you have, what you'd like to do before anyone can give you suggestions. Have you looked at the Photo Gallery and checked the pictures of what others have done with ponds? Just a suggestion.

hmm i dont exactly know wat you need help with but i'll try to help. lowes/homedepot sell all kinds of pond equitment. homedepot.com or you can try lowes.com, which ever one is closer to your home. also you will need a pond filter. the filter should be atleast 300 gallon approved for a 100 gallon pond. trust me those pond filters get bigger. for that a pet store might be cheaper (not shure though). the pond has to be excape proof aloso. so you will need a fence of some sort. also have a basking area, just make it so they can get out of the pond. i would also attach a net over the pond so that birds and other preditors cant get in. and i dont know were you live, but you might need a big heater so that the water dosnt get too cold.

well good luck!

you can pu tfish in with the turts, but they might eat them. my turt donst eat the fish i put in with him. so it just depends on you turtle.i wouldnt attac a doak to the side. either i would make one out of PVC pipe and put it in the middle. or you can just have a slope leading out of the pond onto the dirt around the pond. =)

I am about to build an outdoor pond for my turts. Basically im going to dig a big hole in my backyard and line the thing with an EPDM pond liner. If you by a pond liner make sure it is EPDM (safe for animals). A place to find these is at nurseries or garden places... I dont think home depot is gonna carry stuff like that--. As for neading a heater doing a simple temperarure check will help you out. You want the water at a constant 78-82 degrees for little guys. Having a heater is a good idea even if you dont need it just for backup and peace of mind...
