Turtles keep eating the ducks food

I live on a small lake, I have many many red eared slider turtles that are all over in the water and come out of the water, many ducks in the yard as well as a few swans. I also have a snapper that lives under my dock. My issue is the red eared sliders keep eating the ducks food - sunflower seeds, is this safe for them to be doing? My snapper doesn't try to eat them. :msgreen:
Thanks!

I don't think it's good for them, I'm not sure of any consequences. Funny, I was feeding the RES at Central Park today and the ducks were outcompeting the turtles.
