How's it going everyone? Currently we feed our RES once a day. We usually give pellets about 2-3 days a week and a mix of veggies/lettuce (different types) the other 4. Once every couple of months we'll feed her a guppy or 2 and once every week or 2 we'll give her cuttlebone and freeze dried shrimp (basically as treats). I need to buy more pellets for my turtle and I'm leaning towards Omega One but I'm not sure if I should get Adult or juvenile formula. Any idea how to roughly tell the age of the turtle? We got her a little more than a year ago from Petco. Her shell is about 5" long and 4" wide. Just want to make sure I don't waste the money on something that isn't best for her. Thanks!

Omega One is a good pellet. I believe the only difference between adult and juvenile is the pellet size. At 5", your turtle is an adult and the adult sized Omega One would be perfect.
