ok, so i looked in the classifieds and i found a 150 gallon tank with the base and all the accessories for $450. is that a good deal?

Sounds like a decent deal if you can look at it and the stand is nice.

However my husband and I are too cheap, we'd keep looking.

i havent seen it yet, and i cant afford it at all but one of these days ill have a big tank

That seems a bit spendy/normal price. You can find deals. Keep your eyes pealed. If you're not on a tight budget I would go for it. I found an 85 Gallon tank for 130 bucks and I was thrilled!!

Sounds like a good one. Wouldn't be too thrilled though. I got my 200 gallon tanks for $450, so...
