Anyone has one of these, I just got one and it is not working... no suction , and my turtle needs his filter

what do you mean no suction?
You have to be more specific if you want people to help you with filtration. there are too many things that can come into play here.

The Intake has no suction. I don't no why , I took it apart and put it make together .
