Ive had the Ehiem 2213 for over a year now. In the beginning it was great. Now it lacks flow, big time. Ive brought it to where I bought it, and after that Ehiem sent me a new filter head. Its not working still. Im so fusturated. Im to the point where I cannot afford a bigger, more expensive filter, considering what Im going to do with my turtle. I rescued her 6 years ago and dont want to give her away. ANyone have advice on a filter??

So the problem is the same as before? Was the complete top part of the canister replaced?

How is the filter media setup? What do you have in there and in what order? How often were you cleaning the filter & media?
