Yup, looks pretty new. Looks almost identical to the Solar-Glo (price as well), I wonder if they're made in the same place.

I can't find any info at all. On amazon its says its made by Blue Spotted? They also sell CFL's lamp fixtures foggers etc.

I would have to believe they are just rebranding stuff or at least most of their stuff. I think nearly every one does.
