No, you'll have to wait until PetSupermarket.com starts to sell products online.
Let me explain why, your aunt paid Petsupermarket and they gave her a gift card. Petsupermarket took the money and put it in their bank account. To PetCo and Petsmart, this gift card is nothing ,but a shiny piece of plastic.
Think about it this way, if you recieved a McDonalds gift card do you think PetCo would accept it?
Yet again, actually, you could've taken 30 seconds on this one and answered it yourself.

Actually, sometimes stores will accept cards from other stores, but only if they are owned by the same parent company. For example, I got a Walden Books gift card and it is also available to use at Borders. They are owned by the same people. I don't know anything about pet supermarket, we don't have any here either. I don't know if they are part of a company with any smaller chains or not, but you could probably do some checking on that by calling one of the 80 numbers on the back of your card. Most cards are good for 12-18 montha before the company will start deducting money off of them. If you don't think that you will use it in that amount of time, pick something that you know you can always use from a petstore, mail the card back to your aunt and have her get it for you. If you don't use it, the company just earned money on you. Merry Christmas!

I suppose you've visited their website
http://www.petsupermarket.com/shop_online.htm
It looks to me like they sell more than just food and toys.
And it looks like they are planning to offer products on-line soon. Why don't you contact pet supermarket and find out when they are going on-line? If it's pretty soon you might just hang on to the card until then.
