I feed Chuch lettuce and find that his preference is the red leaf variety, but along with repto-min, Hikari turtle pellet, HBH, Zoo-med, Wardley sprinula discs, Omega one veggie kelp flakes, sushi wrap "nori". So I was wondering if the last two were bad for him? He gets dusted earth worms ,crickets as a treat the ocassional feeder guppy.

Good question about the Nori. I feed my tangs nori, but they never eat all of it and I end up throwing out half of the package. If it's good for the turtle's diet, I'd like the same answer as I could feed the nori too.

I don't know about the Omega one veggie kelp flakes, but it's probably OK when used in small amounts.
