Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

we moved the tank yesterday and killed one algea eater, 5 red tailed sharks and 3 guppies due to temp shock. The downside of this tank is moving it. we had to drain it down to 2 inches to slide it and couldnt refill it with warm water :(. Oh well you live you learn.

I see you have one of those probe thermometers... I'm not sure if they've improved, but a few years ago they were horribly inaccurate.

Sorry to hear,

I learn that the hard way too. Now I use a 44 Gallon Brute container, fill it up, heat, test temp then pump into tank. More work but helps minimize the temp swing when doing massive Water change

The background came out nice. Can't wait until I can get a 240 lol

Steve I have several different types of thermos in there all over. They all match. The digital ones are just way easier to read, quickly. Also, I am going to get a total cost together for you guys so that anyone wanting to go this route will have an idea what they are looking at as far as cost.
