If the edges curve up, it might mean a problem with diet/environment. Are they getting enough calcium/UVB?

Sort of like.. when you have paint, and it starts to 'chip' off, a section comes up.
I don't know how to explain it.

If so, your turtle is just getting ready to shed. Perfectly normal. You don't want to force it though. That can cause injury.

He has the two bulbs that are required above his basking area, I have a calcium bone thing in his tank and I also crush up the bone and sprinkle it around in the water.

It's the middle of his shell, were it comes to a point, I'll see if I can get a better picture now

No, it's not like that.
But, now I know what to look for when it comes to shedding thank you!

It might be from a growth spurt, I'd just keep a close eye on everything.

Is it something I should be worried about?
What should I be looking out for in terms of that?
Thanks

With what I was going with. If his shell truly is deformed, it can be a big deal, and it also could be nothing. Sometimes turtles are born with weird shells. Complications can occur because of this as they grow, but there is nothing you can do to prevent this. Only time will tell.
