Looks very good, your RES seems so tiny in there. Does the fan help with the temperatures?

Yeah he's about 3 1/2 inches long so I think he is enjoying this over his 20 gallon tank. With what I've seen so far it only helps lower the water temperature for a couple of degrees. Our house gets really hot so I decided to try the fan cooling method from a video I saw on YouTube.

A couple of degrees is still pretty good. Pretty smart to use a small usb fan.

1 DBT Male/ Spots
(Housed in the same tank)

300 gallon indoor stock tank, FX6 & FX5 filters. Mega-Ray 100w UVB bulb.

I think I would probably see a big difference if I had two fans facing down and another two facing up but for now I'm just going to keep this one running during the day.
