Twice in the last week or two I have found scutes in my RES poop. Is this something I should be worried about? She hasn’t eaten much, if anything, for two weeks and she’s been fairly lethargic.

Someone asked this question a while ago, I suggest reading through this thread. (Basically remove her scutes out of the water when you see them and monitor her a bit more if you can)

Is it winter where you live ? She could be lethargic because of that. For how long have you had her ?

Great observing on your part ! Agree with PokePony , read that thread. Most try there best to control all for a happy and healthy turtle lighting , water , food etc...
You don't want an obstruction from something he ate.
Seasons are changing , some older homes the heat rises in a room and the floors are colder. Monitor the tanks temps a little more ( basking area and water ) and may see a few degrees difference in temps. May not be much for us to feel the difference but enough for you turtle to notice ? This time of year in US winter is coming some turtles bask more in the later part of the day , if so offer him an hour or two more time to bask by setting your timer on a little longer.

Thank you so much! Yeah it is winter here and my house is over 150 years old, so pretty airy. I’ve had her for 7 years, since she was little.

As turtles get older there needs do change like there diets from heavy on the protein side as babies to juveniles and young adults more veggies . Keep observing as you are doing well and she will tell you what she needs. Even there personality's change over time.
