I would like to ask if this is a fungus on shell or rot shell. We noticed this to apple that he has white spot on shell.

Looks like the start of fungus. There are some wide areas around the scutes, so you're also overfeeding a bit too.

Thank you steve! I will feed him less. White spots can be cured? How will i know if im overfeeding him? I feed twice a day.

Fungus can usually be taken care of with some medication (silver sulfadiazine cream). It's cheap but usually requires a prescription.

As for overfeeding, presort pellets if you have to and start using veggies if you haven't already.
