Very interesting photos! It's too bad there wasn't a bigger opening on the grate and some nesting material just below so she could deposit the eggs on that. In the water, the embryos will suffocate due to lack of oxygen. She must be a very healthy turtle to lay clutches like that. :)

Heh, at first i thought that was the turtles face but i was looking it at it and i realized it because an egg was comming out of it. Anyways very cool, what do u do with those eggs?

Amazing! Maybe, if you set up a nesting area in a diff tank, and call some turtle people who have a licence to sell babies in advance, the eggs will be fertile and you can give the babies to those people. Just make sure there's not alot of water, so she dosen't drownd her turtlets, lol.
I have two baby RES; Emerald(Emmie or Rocky for short, plus she has green ears!) and Pretty. (Don't ask me about her name. My brother named her. He's only 6 1/2.)

Cool~! I haven't seen turtle laying their eggs before.. so real and it happen~!.. hmm.. is it hard to take care after the baby hatching? ngeee...
