can anyone explain to me why here in the UK i am are being charged ridiculous prices for turtle accessories for example

UK Price £42 ($86 usd)
U.S Price $40 (£19)

I moved this to the Online Deals Section. You could find out what the locals are doing for their supplies which might give you leads to some good stores around you. You could also place large orders instead of ordering supplies when you need them...

I have no idea, but it seems Canadian prices are higher too.
Are exotics and their equipment more rare in the UK? Or do you have several retailers too? It seems if it were a smaller market they could keep prices high at will...?

there is a high demand for reptile stuff in the UKand there are a few shops that specialize in selling such
i just cant seem to fathom out why its costing more than double than what it would in the US
