i was just at Petco today & saw they have a great sale on their aquatics. you may have to check your own Petco to see if they have their own separate sale on items, but this is what i saw at mine:

- 30% off when you buy 3 or more aquatic plants (live or plastic)
- on SELECTED fish... 5/$5. (male/female guppies were included in this deal) i've been contemplating on whether or not i should breed guppies & i was so tempted to buy some today.

EDIT: also 10% off on aquarium heaters

PetSmart says their aquariums are 20% off, "see store for details", until January 26th.

yea i know, i saw their sale too. i just thought i'd like people know that they have a sale on their fish & plants

who remembers the dollars a gallon tank sale that was a big BUST, i think that was petco though. it was only 20g or less wasn't it? i remember being disappointed though haha

Raphulk, it was PetCo, yeah. And it is up to 55 gallons, based on store availability. Definitely not useful for larger turtles!

I looked at their tanks... the actual tank is reasonable ($100 for 55g I believe I looked at) once you added a stand it was well over $300! And it was just the most basic. Way to rip you off!

Sometimes I wish I built my own end table in woods class back in the day rather than having a boy do it for me, perhaps I'd be usefull now
