Just a question, what set-ups do you have them in? In the second pic, is that a lagoon bowl? Is it a fixed set-up for the little one?

the pics from june where when i first got them. they are in a 20 gallon tank now...just the two of them. i'm getting a bigger one soon because they are growing faster than i thought

yeah that is a big size difference, we will have to see what the verdict is . . . growth spurt or a female . . . .

Nice turtles; that's quite the size difference. Does the little one get his/her fair share of the food?

now he does. i started seperating them when i feed them. the big one was always eating almost everything. now i feed them with a divider in the tank, and give them about 15 minutes to finish their food until i take the divider out again. and plus, if the little one got food, the big one would take it out of his mouth. i didn't want him getting hurt
