They don't actually live together do they? The turtle will eat the toad, and that toad's poisons might be strong enough to kill your turtle.

the old man at the pet botique said the uvb was to strong and thats why his eyes were swollen so i bought a new one and his eyes are getting better now

You didn't answer on whether you were actually keeping the turtle and toad together in that tank.
That isn't a sufficient set up for a toad.

Get forger out of there !! I had one in with my turt and I left for a weekend , and came back and just saw a spin floating around .
